		<description>Since this post I've downloaded VMware Converter, and it has the ability to convert a running PC into a VM.  I've used it on many other PC's without a problem, but I haven't tried it on my HP MSS mainly because I just have too much data on it and don't want to convert it all.  Maybe next time I do a server refresh I'll try it.</description>
